China Zhongwang Holdings Ltd., Asia’s largest aluminum extrusion manufacturer by capacity, said Tuesday it plans to acquire smaller rival Qinghai Guoxin Aluminum Industry Incorporated Co. for CNY1.2 billion (US$175.5 million).
